Video: WK Interact Speaks Sbout Project Brave

Back in September of 2011 we shared some photos of a WKInteract project which focused on a large series of wheatpastes in New York City that paid tribute to the first responders of 9/11. He called this Project Brave. Last week, a video popped up online with WK and others explaining the project plus some shots of it coming together. Directed by Luigi Comandatore.

WK Interact: Project Brave Instillation

Earlier in the week we told you of Street Artist WK Interact’s 9-11 tribute titled “Project Brave” to be officially unveiled this Sunday September 11^th on the corner of Kent avenue and North 4^th in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  Now thanks to the man himself I can share some photos of the instillation process. The piece runs 400 feet wide by 14 feet high and is pretty spectacular.

The residency at the NGV Studio have created the super sweet "Graff Mobile" an all purpose van for all your graffiti needs stocked with spray paint, caps, markers, wire cutters, a boombox and anything else one could want for their mission. Check the photos below...
