St. Vincent’s Annie Clark, who has worked with Stevens a-many-o-times in the past, is releasing her third LP on February 28th.  We've shared the video for lead single “Digital Witness” a couple weeks back and there are most certainly other tracks floating around out there, actually the whole album has been floating around out there for a minute now but for those who don't chase down leaks here is a full stream of the anticipated record via NPR which you can pre-order now...

St. Vincent's "Digital Witness" is the first video from her upcoming self-titled album out on February 25 via Loma Vista. The Chino Moya directed clip features Annie in some sort Utopian futuristic world.

Annie Clark did her thing at Coachella on Saturday shredding away on her guitar with the best of them, fast-forward to 37:45 for the first ever performance of "KROKODIL", from St. Vincent’s forthcoming 7" for Record Store Day.

Sunday Matinée - Celebrating Sunday's with a live clip: St. Vincent - "Marrow" on Letterman

When looking back through the archives I was suprised we never used this one already for a Sunday Matinee. Pretty classic performance of "Marrow" by St. Vincent on Letterman in 2009. During her touring for her previous album Cruel, Annie Clark performed with a full brass section but has since then simplified her band to about 4 people, mostly drums, guitars and synth. That being said, though her current lineup has an interesting sound, the full power of a brass performance such as on this track is a bit lost.

 This is a pretty great live performance, especially for something broadcast on a late night television production.
