Video: Justice - "Newlands"

Justice seem to love their sports montages, last year they teamed up with Adidas for an advertisement that marked the début of their single “Civilization” and today we get some sort of Hodge Podge/future sport theme with the video for "NewLands" off of their sophomore LP, Audio Video Disco. The film was created by the Spanish collective Canada.

Listen: Justice - "New Lands" (SebastiAn Remix) Radio Rip

Ed Banger buddies SebastiAn and Justice have gotten together for some remix action. SebastiAn is behind one of the remix’s for Justice’s forthcoming “New Lands” single out on June 25^th.  The radio rip comes from Skream and Benga’s BBC Radio 1 show and has a great feel to it, almost hip hop in its production style but with touches of the Parisian’s trade mark sound before leading into a full breakdown towards the end. Good stuff. The full release will also include remix’s from A –Trak and DJ FALCON and can pre-ordered HERE.

Legendary producer Rick Rubin switched up his role recently to do some remix work for Justice's upcoming single "On'n'On," Rubin has given the song much more natural instrumentation, all the while keeping the original sound and feel of the track in tact. The latest video from Justice’s sophomore LP Audio, Video, Disco has come in the form of “On ‘n’ On”. The video was directed by Alexandre Courtes and produced by Division who were also responsible for Cut Copy’s “Blink And You’ll Will Miss A Revolution” and M83’s "Midnight City" videos. Gaspard and Xavier rarely disappoint when it comes to their visuals and this is no exception, enjoy the clip below…

It’s no secret that the record has been available  online for a while now and many were left feeling puzzled as they expected something Cross-esque but ended up with a, new dare I say retro sound , that Justice has evolved to.
