Video: Miguel - "Adorn"

R&B singer Miguel is a smooth cat. His debut release in 2010, All I Want is You, came with limited success and dropped at a time when straight R&B music was being drowned out by Usher-like dance hits and hordes of vocoding clones. Since then he has taken his time to rediscover his sound with obvious results as the video for one of his new tracks "Adorn" (alternative video) has over 4 millions hits.

He is currently working on the release of a new album in 3 parts, the first EP Kaleidoscope Dream: The Water Preview was released on July 31, 2012, and the second EP Kaleidoscope Dream: The Air Preview will be released on September 11, 2012. Both contain 3 tracks and the album will include all six songs along with 5 additional songs. I can't say this is something that would normally end up on my playlist but it is infectious and straight up.
