“Born To Suffer” Is the latest tune to get the video treatment from Xiu Xiu’s 2012 LP Always. More lo-budget artsy weirdness from the group, there seems to be a religious undertone to the video but that’s just my unofficial interpretation of it at the moment.

Back in May we shared something new from retro pop act SummerCamp in the form of “Life” and title track “Always” off of the soon to be released Always EP.  Today we bring you the visuals for the title track, a dark tale of a kidnapping gone wrong, heavy stuff for such a light affair in this slice of synth-pop goodness.

Retro pop act Summer Camp are returning with a new EP this summer, their first release since last year’s super fun debut album Welcome To Condale. New track “Life” leans towards the duo’s electro side and will appear on Always, their new EP released via MoshiMoshi on July 9th/10th.

 “Beauty Towne” Is the latest video from Xiu Xiu’s soon to be released LP Always. The strange and unique animated video was created by Jonathan Berger, Jean Y. Kim and Dasha Shishkin. The band also has a new digital rarities comp called RARE, available next month from Xiu Xiu’s web site.

Post-punk band Xiu Xiu will be releasing their latest album Always on March 6th. We got the tracklist and one of the tunes to share today. Stream “Hi” below and for all the collectors out there make note that a vinyl version of the LP will include a large format poster of Xiu Xiu tattoos.
