The Beastie Boys are always good for a Throwback Thursday,
they have such a long and rich history with many phases worth returning to. One
such period was the License To Ill era, a very different Beastie Boys than that
of the 90’s and on. This week we are sharing a performance by the rappers on
The Late Show with Joan Rivers circa January 15, 1987. The young Beasties perform
“Fight for Your Right” and have a chat with host and legendary comedian Joan
Rivers, the whole thing is a car wreck but in the best possible way. Seems like
everyone had a blast doing this.
