On Friday we heard Mastodon cover Feist for a Record Store Day 7″. Now we’ve got the Atlanta bands take on the Flaming Lips’ Soft Bulletin classic “A Spoonful Weighs A Ton.” It was also released as an Record Store Day exclusive, and is available on pink vinyl with the Flaming Lips original version on the flipside. The song remains very true to the original almost giving us a different side of the metal band. Listen below…
