A new Four Tet tune has emerged that continues Kierens experimentation in the house music genre. “For These Times” features some rapid fire drums and a
soulful vocal loop that stays true to the Four Tet aesthetic while still being
its own unique cut. The single appears on Non Plus’ new compilation album,
titled Think and Change, which was released in celebration of their fourth
anniversary.

Listen: Four Tet - "Skin" Grimes re-work
Four Tet did a guest stint on RinseFM recently and shared a reworking of Grimes‘ “Skin” with
little information on the track. Turns out Four Tet himself was behind it and decided to share
a YouTube rip of the audio via his Facebook.
The producer explained that he created the cut, but it isn’t an official
remix of Grimes’ song:
“It's just some track I made the other day using a loop from
her record... no remix going on or anything.”

Video: FaltyDL - "Straight & Arrow"
New York producer FaltyDL’s “Straight & Arrow” single
drops via Ninja Tune on November 12th and features some remix action from the
likes of Four Tet and Gold Panda. In celebration, a new and odd video has been released for the song
with the description “a song performed by a symphony of fingertips.” Would be
interesting to know if the twitches accruing in the subjects are actually
related to the music or not?
BONUS: Here are the remixes for your listening pleasure as well ...
